Day 6 & 7 - SJ, SF, and SEA
Monday we essentially didn't do anything, at least nothing that wasn't related to food! Had lunch with Vinay around 230pm, cause that's when MM and I were finally awake and ready to leave Gabe's place =) Such is vacation!
Went to SF for dinner at Betelnut, with Karen. After dinner we went to Coit Tower, and enjoyed the spectacular view of the city and at night. Went to her appartment too, of which she also has a SWEET view.
Tuesday we *planned* on going to a firing range... but when we got there we found out that we need to be American, ie have a green card, or else a work visa WITH a hunting license, or be a Canadian law enforcement officer. Or at least we needed to have someone come with us that satisfied their requirements. Result: we went to the mall in search of a bookstore. Instead, we found Lego.
I noticed this sign the first day we got to SJ, didn't have time to take a shot til today, will only be amusing to some from the firm.
SJC airport is SOOO small that once again we walked onto the plane via the tarmac
Views of SF from the plane, you can see Golden Gate Bridge, Bay Bridge, Treasure Island, Alcatraz, and Angel Island.

Seattle sunset from the plane.
Finished another book on the plane =) Got into Seattle, met up with Jo, picked up his rental, and drove to meet Tim. The surprize worked, Tim had no idea Jo would be with me! Dinner was at The Cheesecake Factory, with ajma, cm2lui (bussed down from Van), t3ng, jlkung, jclaw, and MM (can't remember his UW id).
Went to Tim's place (he has a great condo!), got Jo checked into his hotel, went back to Tim's and hung out with him, catching up and looking at his pics. Good old friendships are hard to come by, but are definately something to cherish when you're blessed enough to find it.
Oh yeah, you'd think that with 4 of the 6 of us at dinner being pseudo/actual photog nuts, we'd remember to take a group pic or something. Nope. We suck. Meeting up again tomorrow, hope to have group shots then!
